Returns & warranty Personalised product — no returns for change of mind. Damage caused by biting, scratching, digging or other destructive behaviour is not covered by warranty.

Because your BIBAB is personalised to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. It therefore cannot be returned simply because you do not like it, change your mind, or the chosen colour or personalisation looks different from what you expected. A BIBAB is made for normal everyday use by dogs, but it is not indestructible. Damage caused by biting, scratching, digging, chewing or other destructive behaviour by the dog is not covered by warranty. If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, transport damage, or otherwise does not meet what you may reasonably expect, please contact us. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
